Eu tinha comprado uma camisa da Thunderworks para o meu cachorro no aniversário dele. Eu paguei pelo frete de 2 dias na quarta-feira para garantir que meu cachorro recebesse seu presente de aniversário em seu aniversário, que era domingo. Recebi uma notificação no sábado de que não seria entregue antes das 20h de segunda-feira. Liguei para a thunderworks e o representante de atendimento ao cliente não pôde me atender, então ela me enviou para o correio de voz do gerente, DOIS dias depois eu nunca recebi uma mensagem e tive que ligar de volta! Falei com uma gerente e disse a ela que gostaria de receber um reembolso porque tive que ir pessoalmente à Fedex para pegar meu pacote e a Fedex teve que encontrar meu pacote no contêiner com mais de 400 outros pacotes e porque um gerente não me ligou costas! ela foi tão rude! Este gerente estava me chamando de mentiroso e começou a falar sobre mim para não mencionar que ela desliga o telefone na minha cara !!!! NUNCA faça pedidos da thunderworks novamente!

Achei que a Thunder Works tinha um péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Eu queria experimentar o produto no dia 4 de julho para meus dois cães. Depois de receber um aviso de envio, ele nunca saiu do pré-envio. Então liguei e eles disseram que pesquisariam. E volte para mim. Eles não fizeram. Quando liguei novamente, o agente de atendimento ao cliente disse que eles perderam a remessa para entrega, mas agora estão enviando. Tentei cancelar e ela disse que era tarde demais, mas poderia devolver. 5 dias depois, ainda não o tenho e ainda mostra que está no pré-envio. Enviei 2 emails e nenhum deles foi respondido e agora tive que recorrer a uma disputa no meu cartão de crédito. Quanto ao produto em si, desde então recebi da Amazon em tempo hábil. E embora eu o guarde para um cachorro na esperança de que ajude no dia 4 de julho, meu outro cachorro tinha mais medo do Thundershirt do que de fogos de artifício e Thunder !! Ela não é uma cadela que gosta de acariciar e acho que com sua disposição ela não gostou da sensação de ser abraçada. Em suma, uma experiência muito decepcionante com esta empresa.
