TraduzidoIk heb een klacht over een tandheelkundige behandeling ingediend die nooit is behandeld. Wel heeft een bemiddelaar contact met my opgenomen. Afgesproken werd dat een vermaning zou volgen en ik hiervan een afschrift zou ontvangen. Vreemd genoeg meldde de bemiddelaar dat hij ons gesprek ook -zonder mijn toestemming- had opgenomen.
