Não compre o seu Windows ou portas de tela desta empresa. O suporte pós-venda não existe. Liguei para o departamento de garantia para peças de reposição e eles me enviam para distribuidores que não trabalham com eles há mais de 10 anos. O que isso diz a você sobre o IWC? Também informei a IWC sobre isso e uma de suas vendedoras me ligou para informar que ela me enviará um e-mail para alguns novos distribuidores. Ela nunca me mandou nenhum distribuidor por e-mail. Totalmente não confiável. Faça um favor a si mesmo e não compre produtos para janelas da IWC.

Compramos janelas e trabalhamos com elas. pior empresa para comprar. Eles pagam abaixo do salário mínimo aos trabalhadores e entregam bem abaixo da média satisfatória. Recebemos vidros rachados e rachados e faltando maçanetas e telas nas portas com nossos painéis. Cuidado! Seus motoristas nos contam tudo, LOL
