Eles continuaram a me cobrar pelas compras do novo proprietário, embora o novo proprietário tenha se reconciliado com eles. Eles se recusaram a reembolsar. A quantia não era muito, mas é o princípio da questão. Verifique suas faturas!

Atendimento ao cliente zero !!! Eu encomendei lenços umedecidos Barbicide deles na segunda-feira, dia 30, às 11h45. Seu site afirmava "item em estoque e será enviado em 2 dias". Na sexta-feira, 03/04/20 tentei usar o serviço de chat deles para tentar obter uma atualização, mas ninguém respondeu então enviei por e-mail. Não houve resposta, por isso tentei novamente na terça-feira, dia 07/04/20. Mais uma vez não houve resposta por chat ou e-mail.

Meu próximo passo foi tentar contatá-los através das redes sociais. Eu finalmente estava prestes a conseguir alguém no IG que me disse que o item estava esgotado e que está aguardando as remessas. Ok, eu entendo devido ao clima atual e tudo o que está acontecendo. No entanto, em seu site, ele ainda está listado como em estoque. Além disso, eles cobraram meu cartão de crédito na data inicial da compra. Hoje é dia 10/04/20 e ainda não há nenhuma atualização deles. Não é um e-mail ou qualquer coisa informando os clientes sobre atrasos.
