Sou um distribuidor que fornece aos parques trampolins as ferragens usadas na construção dos parques. Eles são péssimos no pagamento de suas contas e raramente pagam em dia. Junto com o que foi dito por Anthony, é difícil fazer com que alguém que já trabalhou por muito tempo tome decisões e difícil fazer com que alguém que já trabalhou por mais de um mês ou dois. A rotatividade é alta porque eles são uma empresa terrivelmente administrada

Deve haver um comentário negativo para esta empresa! Seu chefe de RH tem seu trabalho porque era o companheiro de missão do CEO. Houve discriminação sexual e nada foi feito a respeito. Um funcionário teve que cortar o salário e mudar de cargo porque trabalhava no mesmo departamento que sua namorada. No entanto, o COO poderia ter seu cunhado trabalhando sob ele. Uma empresa que supostamente é grande em família e amigos que trabalham para eles, eles mostram o contrário! Recentemente, demitimos muitos funcionários de lá, um pouco antes do Natal, para que eles possam enviar o trabalho para o México. Permitam-me acrescentar também que essas pessoas foram dispensadas sem indenização. Esta empresa está preocupada apenas em encher os bolsos! Espero que essas pessoas incríveis com famílias garantam que a Get Air, a Trampoline Parks LLC e a Jam store recebam o que vem por aí financeiramente!
