Terrível. Trabalhei primeiro com o proprietário e perdemos 2 dias esperando uma resposta, quando nos certificamos de que eles sabiam que estávamos com pressa para conseguir uma porta. Em seguida, foi encaminhado para outro associado que demorou 1,5 dias para responder a qualquer correspondência. Depois de perder 2 semanas indo e voltando, eles ainda não conseguiam acertar. Refiz todas as janelas da minha casa através das janelas e portas da torre. Sua equipe de vendas foi ótima e me colocou em contato com alguns empreiteiros locais para a instalação. No geral, a seleção e a capacidade de escolher as janelas exatas foram uma grande vantagem. Eles até tinham uma janela panorâmica de 100 "feita com flanqueadores duplos. Parece ótima e muito melhorada em relação às janelas anteriores com mais de 50 anos! As janelas estão instaladas há 2 ou 3 anos e estão se mantendo muito bem.

Tive uma experiência fantástica com eles em 2015, quando comprei 14 janelas e 2 portas externas para a nossa nova casa. Como estava atuando como meu próprio empreiteiro geral, precisava de informações e eles as forneceram de maneira sensata e habilidosa. Eles anteciparam os requisitos especiais do código que exigiam vidro temperado em alguns locais e uma janela tipo caixilho em um pequeno quarto para atender aos requisitos de saída de incêndio. Voltarei para as necessidades futuras.
