Temos a seguinte experiência com a tormax:
porta deslizante colocada em um novo prédio em 2018 no decorrer da construção.
Não pechincharam o preço (caro, mas bom)
após terminar a nova construção em 2019, a tormax foi ajustada e iniciada
em 2020 o contacto da porta irá falhar (valor 15-50 euros)
Segue-se uma intervenção muito rápida e especializada.
Estamos tentando nos culpar (uso indevido?!?) Por um teclado de código que é usado uma vez por dia?
Segue-se uma factura de 540 euros pela intervenção que já demorou 20 minutos. Esta fatura foi contestada por nós, mas foi paga dentro do prazo.
De acordo com a tormax, a garantia começa na INSTALAÇÃO, o que na prática equivale a NENHUMA garantia, uma vez que não estava em uso após 1 ano.
Após alguma insistência, segue-se uma carta ameaçadora de um advogado.
Ao que nosso advogado respondeu.
