Minha avó e meu pai são residentes nesta instalação. Ambos são tratados com o mesmo cuidado e respeito que recebiam quando estavam em casa. Esta é uma instalação muito limpa e eles fizeram muitas mudanças nos últimos meses para melhorar a estética e o comportamento geral da residência. Ela morreu de causas naturais, pois teria 100 anos em 3 semanas. Estou muito grato à equipe por tornar este tempo tão bom quanto poderia ser. Tive contato com muitos funcionários diferentes durante os últimos 3 anos, Linda Lackey e Tanya Epley tornaram nosso processo de transição (que pode ser muito difícil) o mais suave e fácil possível. Também não posso dizer o suficiente sobre as enfermeiras gentis e compassivas (Kaylee, Lisa, Terry ..... só para citar alguns), pois toda a equipe se prontificou a ajudar quando a enfermeira do meu pai ou da avó ou o CNA não estavam disponíveis. Sempre senti que meus familiares estavam seguros e sendo bem tratados e por isso, não posso agradecer a TODOS o suficiente! No passado, sempre pensei que ter que passar os últimos dias em uma casa de repouso seria um horror total, mas essas excelentes pessoas em Grace Heights (Sanstone) mudaram de ideia.
