O certificado de presente foi posteriormente perdido (acidentalmente jogado fora). Fui a Rosewood com o recibo detalhado do presente e ninguém lá estava disposto a me ajudar. Eles simplesmente disseram que não havia nada que pudessem fazer e não ofereceram nenhuma solução. Em 26 de fevereiro de 2017, liguei para o Rosewood Corporate Office em Dallas, TX. A mulher com quem falei ao telefone disse que poderia retificar a situação por causa do recibo que eu tinha e me desculpou pela falta de ajuda quando fui pessoalmente a Rosewood. Ela concluiu a ligação dizendo que ligaria de volta em alguns dias, quando eu pudesse conseguir um novo vale-presente e resgatar minha massagem comprada. Ninguém nunca me ligou de volta. Em março, enviei a ela 2 emails em datas diferentes, ambos ignorados. No terceiro e-mail que enviei, recebi uma resposta no dia 23 de março, dizendo que o departamento de TI estava trabalhando no problema e era muito complexo e que eu receberia uma resolução em breve. A data de hoje é 19 de abril de 2018 e não houve mais comunicação por parte de Rosewood. Essa falta de atendimento ao cliente e responsabilidade é nojenta. Como cliente, nunca me senti tão maltratado por uma empresa. Estamos em 2018 e é absolutamente ridículo que uma situação aparentemente simples tenha se tornado tão difícil por causa da falta de valores de atendimento ao cliente por parte da equipe de Rosewood. Rosewood parece ter orgulho de ser uma marca de luxo, mas na realidade o serviço prestado a mim mesmo, o cliente tem sido tudo menos isso.
