As pessoas são frias ao telefone e tudo o que fazem é me transferir de volta para a clínica para a qual liguei originalmente. Então, quando a chamada não for atendida novamente, eles apenas me dizem para esperar alguns minutos e tentar novamente. Normalmente tenho que pedir a eles que verifiquem o horário de funcionamento da clínica para verificar se ela está realmente aberta. Não é útil em tudo e ruim "maneira de cabeceira".
