Fiz um transplante de rim em janeiro deste ano. Foi uma experiência muito boa. Todos da equipe de Transplante foram ótimos e cuidaram bem de mim. A cirurgiã explicou o procedimento para que eu pudesse entender e ela foi muito simpática e amigável. Senti que ela se preocupa com o bom estado de cada um de seus pacientes. A sala em que fiquei depois da cirurgia era bonita e grande, também as enfermeiras ou o CNA estavam constantemente me verificando. Eles sempre foram capazes de responder às minhas perguntas e explicar a medicação que eu estava tomando. Antes de eu receber alta, eles se certificaram de que eu conhecia meus medicamentos e que eu conseguia andar e me sentia bem com isso.
Eu realmente gostei de seus nefrologistas na equipe. Eles sempre me visitavam no hospital e respondiam a quaisquer perguntas. Eu gostava de suas visitas.
Os PA's da equipe são fantásticos, os que trabalham na sala de cirurgia e os que te atendem depois da cirurgia.
O coordenador do Transplante ficou por dentro me informando o que eu preciso fazer e como me manter saudável. Ela sempre foi rápida para responder a e-mails ou ligações. O que é uma grande vantagem se você estiver preocupado e tiver dúvidas.
Duas sugestões que tenho para o Centro são continuar pesquisando medicamentos imunossupressores sem esteróides para que os pacientes não precisem tomar Prednisona e pesquisar como diferentes alimentos / chás afetam os medicamentos imunossupressores, uma vez que não há muita informação por aí.
Eles estão atentos e garantem que eu receba todos os fatos antes que eu surte ... Eu gosto deste lugar, confio neste lugar.
