Como você pode retirar as acusações de drogas contra um traficante, afirmando que um policial não pode testemunhar devido a um incidente totalmente diferente. Eu tenho mais de 20 anos de aplicação da lei, "levante a mão direita, você jura dizer a verdade, toda a verdade". Em nenhum lugar está escrito que você não pode testemunhar se você foi ACUSADO (inocente até que se prove a culpa) de uma agressão a um criminoso não conforme.

Continuo recebendo cartas do departamento de pensão alimentícia endereçadas ao proprietário anterior da minha casa e, quando ligo para informá-los, eles se recusam a atualizar suas informações de contato. Se eles não se importassem em fazer dois minutos de pesquisa, eu não os contrataria para limpar minha bunda.

Liguei hoje perguntando sobre o meu caso como vítima. A mulher foi tão rude quando pedi para falar que o procurador do estado (que é muito gentil e eu o aprecio) disse com a atitude mais maldosa "bem, ele está no tribunal" eu "ok, entendo, só quero saber se posso conseguir um mais alguns detalhes. Ela me disse o mínimo e quando eu perguntei o que isso significa, ela disse que me transferirá e DESLIGARÁ o telefone. Com esses telefones, você sabe quando eles fazem isso de propósito. Se você não gosta do seu trabalho. Encontre outro carreira. Mas eu, como vítima, estou apenas querendo justiça. Tenho certeza que ela sentiria o mesmo. Estou além de louco agora !!!!!

Acho que temos um excelente gabinete do procurador do estado em Bartow, Flórida. Sempre que tenho uma pergunta, eles sempre me ajudam muito. Sempre funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos lá. Eu teria que dar a eles 5 estrelas.

Eu estava em Lake Wakes no fim de semana de 4 de julho. Meu marido está trabalhando, reformando o campo de golfe de Mountainlake para o 100º aniversário e eu estava procurando um imóvel para uma possível casa de repouso. A caminho de casa no domingo, fui pego em uma armadilha de velocidade na 60E e foi a pior experiência que tive como um orgulhoso residente de 35 anos na Flórida. Eu não pensei que isso poderia ser superado até que eu fui ao tribunal em 13/08/15. Parecia um episódio de Duke of Hazzard. Uma tosse, tenho um policial resfriado, o juiz correndo para fornecer lenços. Se eu não tivesse plena consciência dos eventos atuais e do enfoque no comportamento policial, teria jurado que estava na década de 1960. Que vergonha para você, Condado de Polk, nunca mais colocarei os pés em você e você nunca receberá mais um centavo do meu dinheiro arduamente ganho.
