Eu estava animado para ter este produto enfeitando a apelação do meio-fio da minha casa. Era fácil de instalar e inicialmente parecia bom. Infelizmente, eu não recomendaria NextStone para ser usado ao ar livre. Ou dentro de casa, se você tiver animais.
Aconselho a qualquer pessoa que for instalá-lo ao ar livre que se os animais fizerem xixi no produto NextStone (gatos ou cachorros de rua / da vizinhança), ele manchará o produto de branco - e nenhuma quantidade de tinta retocada fará com que fique bonito novamente.
A empresa diz que pode lidar com ambientes externos, mas sinto que não.
A empresa foi rude ao telefone e sentiu que não atendia aos padrões de garantia.
Achei que as pessoas deveriam saber.

Eu li outro comentário no yahoo que dizia que os pica-paus arruinaram seu NextStone e a empresa também não garantiu isso.

Eu queria dar um grito para Anita G. Ela foi super profissional e me ajudou a igualar o velho revestimento de verniz que eu tinha na minha casa quando a comprei. Alguns dos melhores serviços de atendimento ao cliente que já experimentei. Obrigado mais uma vez Nextstone !!!

PRIMEIRO PROBLEMA: Não ligaram e deixaram recados sobre a data de entrega programada. Como resultado, precisávamos entrar em contato com a LOWES para descobrir o que estava acontecendo. ALOWES contatou a NEXTSTONE e, aparentemente, o FUNCIONÁRIO DA NEXTSTONE foi MUITO RUDE COM O GERENTE DA LOWES.
SEGUNDO: O entregador foi MUITO RUDE!
TERCEIRO: Devido ao exposto, o PROJETO ATRASO, tinha operários no local prontos para trabalhar E NADA PARA ELES FAZEREM.
QUARTO: Eles enviaram a COR DE PEDRA ERRADA!
QUINTO: NEXTSTONE não enviou todo o pedido. Faltando todas as peças de canto !!!!!! OS INSTALADORES NÃO PODEM FAZER O TRABALHO, MAIS UMA VEZ, DEVIDO A INEFICIENTE processamento do pedido da NEXTSTONE.
SEXTO: Ligamos para NEXTSTONE diretamente, avisando que eles não enviaram a cor correta e as peças de canto não foram entregues. MAIS UMA VEZ, UM FUNCIONÁRIO MUITO RUDO, MAIS OU MENOS NOS ACUSOU DE MENTIR SOBRE O QUE FOI RECEBIDO.
SÉTIMO: Novamente falei com o gerente da Lowes sobre o acima. Ele tentou remediar, mas nos avisou, ele também foi MUITO TRATADO!
OITAVA: A NEXTSTONE NUNCA OFERECEU UMA APOLOGIA, NÃO "POSSUI" SEUS ERROS, NEM OFERECEU QUALQUER TIPO DE COMPENSAÇÃO.
O COMPRADOR CUIDADO !!!!!!!!! A EMPRESA PARECE NÃO SE PREOCUPAR COM O CLIENTE !!!
LOWES FOI MUITO ÚTIL COMO REMEDIADOR, MAS TAMBÉM ENCONTRARAM A RUDEZA.

É incrível como é muito melhor em termos de facilidade de instalação e durabilidade em comparação com outras facetas de pedra que usei no passado. Com o Bellastone não mais no mercado, estou ansioso para muitos outros projetos da NextStone à medida que crescemos juntos.
