Depois que decidimos alugar o local, tivemos que ligar várias vezes (de novo) e e-mail, antes de receber a recusa dele, e a desculpa era o fato de usarmos tinta. Alugamos um escritório deles. eles são horríveis de se lidar. fuja e não alugue deles se você se deparar com uma área com seu sinal de aluguel (principalmente na área oeste de atlanta). os problemas não são resolvidos e, claro, eles vão manter a maior parte do seu depósito mesmo se você deixar o local em perfeitas condições e virão com um motivo inventado, como "aumento de impostos". e se você assinar um contrato de arrendamento de escritório com eles, estará praticamente renunciando a todos os direitos que possui. o contrato unilateral existe para protegê-los e não você. portanto, leia cada palavra e certifique-se de alterar o contrato para que seus direitos básicos sejam incluídos.
