Esperou no balcão de atendimento ao cliente por 15 minutos. Vários funcionários passaram sem contato visual ou ofertas de ajuda. Por fim, fui até o caixa e perguntei o que eu precisava fazer para ser atendido ou se haveria um momento melhor para eles voltarem. Aproximadamente 5 minutos depois, expliquei a um indivíduo bastante sem noção que precisava de um corte quadrado de 39 polegadas em uma folha de metal fina. Ele voltou com uma cotação de $ 165.
