Compramos um de seus produtos - a Look-It Backup Camera para o carro usado de nossa filha, com base em algumas recomendações online. O produto era terrível - não combinava com o iPhone da minha filha.

O atendimento ao cliente foi terrível. Minha filha não conseguia falar com ninguém por telefone.

Mandei um e-mail para o Atendimento ao Cliente e consegui me comunicar com alguém, que tentou nos ajudar a fazer seu produto funcionar ... mas sem sucesso.

Devolvemos o produto ... e não recebemos reembolso, embora tenha sido confirmado por rastreamento que o produto havia sido recebido 08/10/20.

Em 13/10/20, enviei um e-mail perguntando quando meu reembolso seria processado ... e não tive nenhuma resposta.

19/10/20, novamente enviei outro e-mail. Ainda sem reembolso.

Por fim, liguei e consegui entrar em contato com alguém do Atendimento ao Cliente e, após ameaçar entrar em contato com o CEO, recebi meu reembolso.

Então ... encurtando a história: é um produto ruim - não funciona - e não há atendimento ao cliente.
