ESTOU SURPREENDIDO QUE ESTA FÁBRICA DE BAIXA VIDA AINDA ESTÁ NO NEGÓCIO !!!!

A estampagem K e K não se importa se o usuário final de suas peças defeituosas morrer em um acidente de carro, desde que a empresa não tenha que arcar com os encargos financeiros da competência de fabricação. O gerente de qualidade que me precedeu detectou clipes de quebra com defeito enquanto estavam sendo produzidos. Ele primeiro interrompeu a fabricação dos clipes de freio e, em seguida, evitou que qualquer um deles fosse enviado aos clientes. O gerente de qualidade fez seu trabalho, mas foi rejeitado pelo gerente geral e as peças discrepantes foram enviadas de qualquer maneira. Mas quando os vários clientes descobriram em seu processo que as peças não funcionavam, foi o Gerente de Qualidade que foi responsabilizado e teve que encontrar outro emprego. Substituí aquele gerente de qualidade bode expiatório e fui forçado a escrever as ações corretivas que o culpavam pelo gerente geral. Com o tempo, o gerente geral da estampagem K e K também me prejudicaria.
