Nossa experiência envolve uma "diretora executiva" em particular chamada Tina Sexton. Deixe-me dizer que se você já se perguntou como uma garota malvada de meia-idade se comporta, Tina Sexton seria o exemplo perfeito disso.
Tina S. é uma pessoa totalmente desagradável e odiosa. Minha filha foi vítima de sua crueldade mais de uma vez. Eu também testemunhei e ouvi casos em que ela repreendeu e ridicularizou as meninas por não serem talentosas o suficiente, vocal o suficiente (?) E bonitas o suficiente. Agora você me diz por que uma mulher de mais de 40 anos se comportaria dessa maneira nesta fase de sua vida e em relação às CRIANÇAS. A resposta simples: ela mentalmente nunca deixou o colégio (e eu duvido que ela não tivesse muitos amigos verdadeiros na época também).
Também não acho que a Tina S. seja muito boa no que faz. NUNCA ouvi ninguém dizer nada de positivo sobre esse aspecto e ela me escreveu um e-mail com habilidades gramaticais extremamente ruins e erros de ortografia.
Tina S. realmente não tem espaço para ridicularizar, espalhar boatos maldosos (quase esqueci disso), ou repreender qualquer pessoa visto que sua vida pessoal não é nada para se admirar (seu marido por exemplo. E seus filhos mal comportados ... OMG. O pior). Tina S., no que diz respeito a gozar com a aparência de uma CRIANÇA, olhe demoradamente para si mesma no espelho. Você não é, de forma alguma, "quente" ou bonito e é igualmente feio por dentro.
Em um mundo pós-Sandy Hook, por que permitimos pessoas tão abusivas e miseráveis perto de nossos filhos? Estamos falhando com eles.
Vamos acabar com isso. Sem bullying e certamente sem bullying de CRIANÇAS por ADULTOS.
