O ING é um banco holandês e, infelizmente, a forma como eles configuraram o serviço ao cliente é horrível. Por exemplo: eles são extremamente difíceis de alcançar, se é que pegam. Se você tiver sorte em conseguir um representante do atendimento ao cliente ao telefone, ele fingirá que está resolvendo suas dúvidas ou preocupações, mas não registrará nada no sistema. Então, da próxima vez que você ligar para eles e tiver sorte o suficiente para que alguém realmente atenda, eles nem saberão que você já falou com eles inúmeras vezes e terá que começar tudo de novo. Seus departamentos internos não se comunicam, o que resulta no recebimento de instruções diferentes, dependendo de com quem você fala. O direito extremo que eles têm ao lidar com seus clientes é provavelmente a coisa mais frustrante; eles parecem obter satisfação com sua frustração. Tenho muitos outros exemplos que posso comprovar em papel, mas acho que você entendeu. Aconselho você a ir literalmente a qualquer outro banco. Este banco (o ING) não se preocupará com você. Não consegui encontrar um e-mail em seu site e demorou um pouco para distinguir todas as entidades separadas do ING. O que aconteceu com sua licença bancária para fazer negócios nos EUA? Sou um ex-cliente e lembro que você tinha uma filial na Filadélfia, PA, no centro da cidade. Pena que você só lida com negócios, gostei do seu banco e da taxa de retorno do meu dinheiro.

O péssimo atendimento ao cliente, a recepcionista incomoda e interroga quem liga e alega que não há "gerente" dessa instituição financeira que não esteja em conformidade com os regulamentos bancários. Eles também não retornam ligações. Não faça o seu negócio aqui!
