Vivemos no desenvolvimento de Bridle Creek em Pleasanton, CA. As casas foram construídas por Greenbriar. Temos o modelo 4 com o grande teto de dois andares cobrindo o foyer, a sala de estar e a área das escadas / loft. É uma área bastante grande. Há cerca de 10 anos, notamos uma pequena rachadura na costura. John, gerente de atendimento ao cliente, veio dar uma olhada. Nada foi feito porque ele disse que rachaduras nas costuras da parede de gesso são causadas naturalmente por terremotos e assentamentos. Estamos em agosto de 2015 e o teto foi inspecionado porque as rachaduras da costura agora vão de norte a sul e de leste a oeste. Descobrimos que as vigas do teto estão falhando estruturalmente, o que está causando o problema. Ligamos para o Greenbrier e eles nem apareceram para ver. Nós somos os proprietários originais e para Greenbrier recusar-se a aparecer e até mesmo olhar para isso é terrível. Acho que eles estão muito preocupados com seu novo empreendimento imobiliário em Pleasanton, Lund Ranch.

Temos uma das casas deles há mais de 10 anos. Ao longo dos anos, conforme vários comerciantes vieram e trabalharam em nossa casa, cada um deles observou como a casa era bem construída. De carpinteiros, eletricistas e pessoal de HVAC, todos eles mencionaram que veem uma construção de realmente alta qualidade. E os que conhecem o construtor, cada um deles mencionou que o Greenbriar é um dos seus construtores preferidos pela qualidade.
