Pedi que fizessem uma amostra de solo para um prédio no qual eu queria fazer uma adição. Em primeiro lugar, eles me cobraram 200 dólares para o seu engenheiro sair e bs por não tenho certeza de quanto tempo, quando me parece que eles poderiam apenas ter pedido o teste de solo. Então eu nem sou informado do custo de 200 dólares até que recebo uma carta meses depois dizendo que se eu não paguei no mês passado (como se já estivesse vencido), haveria uma taxa.
Então, quando a cidade aparece para marcar a área (para a qual eles disseram que um engenheiro estaria presente), estou sozinho tentando descobrir o que fazer.
Assim, ligo para a recepção e pergunto à recepcionista o que dizer ao cara da cidade. Ela nem sabe quem eu sou ou o que dizer a ele ou como procurar essa informação. Por isso digo-lhe obrigado e adeus para ser simpática, ao que ela respondeu "Não tenho a certeza de como ajudei". Então eu digo ao cara da cidade para apenas marcar tudo e eles podem descobrir a localização do buraco.
Infelizmente, paguei em cheque no primeiro dia em que o engenheiro saiu. Portanto, eles deveriam ter um registro meu e, honestamente, não saber por que não cobraram os "200 dólares que eu devia a eles" ao mesmo tempo em que paguei o cheque para o teste de solo. A coisa toda está confusa.
Então, em seu relatório, eles dizem que lhes dissemos onde perfurar o todo. (Que eu não disse a eles nada sobre onde perfurar, não meu trabalho) Quando deveria ser supervisionado por um engenheiro novamente.
A seguir, obtemos o relatório, sem explicação, apenas um pedido de assinatura de um documento que diz que iremos contar a quem quiser comprar o imóvel no futuro os resultados do teste. Quando eu nem sei o que está nele ou se foi feito direito.
Esta empresa é uma farsa. Resumindo, eu nunca mais confiaria neles para nada.
