Recordo-vos que o notário responsável pela liquidação de uma herança não pode ser responsabilizado pelo incumprimento dos prazos quando, nomeadamente 1 / os documentos não são transmitidos a tempo ou de forma incompleta, 2 / se depara com um desacordo entre os herdeiros ou 3 / falta liquidez para pagar os direitos.
É demasiado fácil querer questionar sempre a responsabilidade do notário para se eximir das suas próprias obrigações, alegando que, em todo o caso, os notários têm seguro e que pagarão.

Tive a mesma experiência que o revisor abaixo. Não sei por que meu tio escolheu este estudo. A morte ocorreu em 2018 estamos em 2020 e ainda não está resolvida. E a morte também foi declarada tardia.
