Infelizmente eles nos colocaram em um quarto residencial básico sem nenhum toque de spa luxuoso, como esperado pelo preço, então os 4 milhões que pagamos eram uma loucura demais. Esse tipo de massagem valia dez vezes menos. A música estava errada, as almofadas de rosto muito desconfortáveis, o quarto cheirava a uma fragrância forte, o terapeuta usava protetores faciais que criavam confusão o tempo todo, os terapeutas faziam muitas perguntas e o serviço não incluía elogios, o que é decepcionante para um resort de alto nível.

Belo hotel! Decorado com muito bom gosto. Ele está localizado em um cenário de tirar o fôlego. É tudo o que se procura para relaxar e desfrutar durante as férias em Bali.

Sinceramente esqueci qual tratamento eu fiz, mas começou com a gente trocando de roupa no vestiário que também tem piscina (uma fria, outra quente) e espreguiçadeiras. Fiz tratamento para dois com minha mãe. O quarto era para duas pessoas e era muito confortável, com música suave e ar condicionado. A sala se abre para um chuveiro e banheira ao ar livre para nós tomarmos banho e depois desfrutar da banheira. Para encurtar a história, depois de massageados e esfregados, entramos na banheira que tinha pétalas de flores e servimos chá e doces saudáveis. No geral foi uma experiência muito agradável, tratada com excelente serviço, embora eu não possa dizer muito sobre o preço, já que usei a associação Indulgence.
