A pior experiência para mim desde 1999. Esta empresa não atende emails, não retorna ligações ou fala a verdade. Preço certo, mas você nunca consegue seu produto. Estamos esperando por 5.000 montanhas-russas desde o início de março e ainda não sabemos quando vamos obtê-las.

Já encomendei muitas vezes com esta empresa. Meu pedido mais recente foi o último. Depois de fazer o pedido em janeiro, FINALMENTE recebi meu pedido em maio. A gerente Gina convenientemente não recebeu minhas mensagens de telefone ou e-mail que eu enviei a ela. Depois de solicitar um desconto para o meu cliente devido à espera de 4 meses, não deveria ser surpresa que eu não tenha recebido uma resposta. A mudança de instalações não é desculpa para suas "habilidades" de comunicação além de fracas

Iniciei o processo de pedido em 12 de março. É 1º de maio e ainda estou sem meu pedido. Atrasos com o departamento de arte, aparentemente mesmo que eles não pudessem fazer a formatação correta, eu mesmo fiz e enviei a imagem. Disseram-me que meu produto seria despachado em 17 de abril, depois de todos os atrasos. Novamente, é 1º de maio. Estendi a mão tentando obter alguma ajuda. Após 3 dias úteis, fui contatado, fiz uma pergunta, à qual respondi no mesmo dia, e não tive nenhuma resposta desde então. Isso foi há 4 dias. Estou além de decepcionado com o serviço deles.

Desde então, cancelei meu pedido. Disseram que receberia um cheque pelo correio no valor de minha compra. Aparentemente, seus sistemas de computador mudaram e eles não podem mais reembolsar meu cartão. Ainda não recebi esse dinheiro.

Não houve processo de retenção para tentar me salvar como cliente. O vestido de melhor esforço foi Julia lá embaixo em sua resposta. No entanto, não sei como entrar em contato com ela, pois ela não me deixou nenhuma informação de contato.
