Linha horrível de comunicação com os inquilinos. A manutenção é inexistente e para que tudo seja reparado, tive que ligar para uma empresa externa e mandar cobrar a Crotts. Eu sugiro que você NÃO alugue um escritório comercial ou um apartamento administrado (eu digo esse termo vagamente porque eles não gerenciam nada além de seus pagamentos) pelo GRUPO CROTTS. Cuidado com as pessoas de Macon Georgia !!!! Eles têm comerciais e apartamentos em nossa área !! Faça sua devida diligência e certifique-se de não ficar preso em um contrato de arrendamento sob esta empresa de gestão! Você vai se arrepender da decisão, prometo!

Senhores das favelas. Eles aumentaram nosso aluguel em US $ 85 / mês depois que tivemos 3 reservas de linha de água e um cano estourou em nossa parede em um período de 5 meses ... QUATRO inundações neste lugar. E a água é constantemente desligada aqui devido a problemas na linha !!!
