a) A visita da equipe de conexão principal de água da cidade no início de 2021 me ajudou a identificar problemas específicos de encanamento externo que estavam causando problemas externos e internos. Válvula Jones e reguladores externos funcionando de forma confiável e novas tubulações para garantir que não haja vazamentos / perdas ocultas de água são obrigatórios. Uma empresa de encanamento local implantou soluções diligentemente. Que diferença.
b) Carlsbad é de qualidade única porque regras e medidas locais rígidas estão em vigor para evitar problemas. Se ao menos houvesse um regulamento estadual exigindo que os vendedores (e proprietários) revelassem datas e recibos de inspeções de ventilação de aquecimento; assegure-se de que nenhum sistema de aquecimento ou AC abandonado na propriedade, e refrigerantes legais estejam de fato no sistema AC.
c) Nosso departamento de polícia local está fazendo um trabalho excepcional de ajudar diligentemente nossa propriedade residencial a identificar e rebocar veículos abandonados e / ou não registrados, etc. Isso é tão grande para ajudar a nos manter seguros e nossa vizinhança segura. Carros, peças, placas e tudo o mais que importam roubados - mesmo que pareçam insignificantes.
d) Sistema solar - fornecedores ilegítimos: Verificar as licenças elétricas com a agência e também confirmar com a cidade que uma licença solar foi emitida - uma obrigação. NRG, Baker e alguns outros são profissionais sólidos.
