Passei pelo CIS porque eles estão associados a Progressive Insurances ', Homesite Insurance (braço ou parceiro da Progressive, não tenho certeza de sua afiliação) e presumi que essa conexão tornaria o processo perfeito.

O CIS enviou um inspetor para a casa errada e escreveu no início do e-mail "Parece que inspecionamos o endereço errado antes" sem um pedido de desculpas. Mandar um inspetor para a casa errada, junto com seus outros erros, tornava o trabalho com eles e o seguro domiciliar ridículo e incrivelmente frustrante. Demorou cerca de um mês entre a abertura de nosso pedido de indenização com o seguro do site da propriedade e a substituição do sistema. O site da propriedade mencionou que levaria apenas alguns dias.

Para ser justo com a CIS, foi igualmente frustrante trabalhar com a Homesite Insurance porque eles também cometeram alguns erros ridículos.

Eu pensei que minha reivindicação de seguro AC levaria uma semana, porque bem você sabe .... é seguro. Esses caras trouxeram alguém à minha casa um dia depois de me telefonarem pela primeira vez. Tive meu AC reparado e cuidado dentro de 5 dias após o preenchimento da minha reclamação =) Obrigado CIS

Sou um empreiteiro que foi contratado por esta empresa para fazer uma fiscalização, tivemos que ir várias vezes ao imóvel devido à má comunicação entre o proprietário do imóvel e o CIS. Esta empresa concordou em nos pagar assim que entregássemos as fotos e um monte de papelada, mas não o fez. Liguei para a empresa pedindo pagamentos e eles me disseram que não iam nos pagar por falta de informações. Nunca soubemos dessa causa depois que entregamos o que eles pediram, nunca mais tive notícias deles. Totalmente roubado. Empreiteiros de HVAC, cuidado com esta empresa fantasma !!!

Empresa de primeira linha !!! Eles lidaram com a minha reclamação de HVAC como se fossem profissionais que cuidam. Seus representantes foram corteses, responderam todas as minhas perguntas e até conseguiram fazer a substituição do sistema danificado. Meu sistema nunca funcionou melhor. Obrigada!
