Sua equipe não era nada além de respeitosa e experiente. Eu sugiro fortemente trabalhar com CRC, e nunca consigo ver usando outra empresa quando eu precisar tratar meu telhado novamente.

Esta empresa não é confiável e totalmente não confiável, não use. Liguei 4 vezes no período de 2 meses, sendo que a cada vez alguém me ligaria para marcar um horário para substituir algumas telhas de cedro e inspecionar meu telhado. A secretária me disse que Michael havia recebido as mensagens. Por fim, falei com Michael, que programou o trabalho para 5 de outubro. Eu estava indo embora e foi garantido que esse trabalho seria feito enquanto eu estivesse fora. Liguei quando voltei no dia 24 de outubro, preocupado, pois algumas telhas estavam no chão. Garantiram-me que o trabalho havia sido concluído, os operários deviam ter deixado as telhas quebradas para trás e que o relatório seria enviado por e-mail para mim por Michael. No dia 28 de outubro recebo um telefonema da empresa me dizendo que, na verdade, eles têm estado muito ocupados e o trabalho nunca foi feito. Sem desculpas. Disseram-me que, com alguns dias de chuva pela frente, a espera poderia ser de mais 2 semanas. O secretário foi direto e bastante rude. Se meu telhado vazar antes de eu conseguir consertá-lo por outra empresa, darei início a um processo judicial.
