Ficamos muito felizes com o atendimento que nossa sogra / sogra falecida recentemente recebeu no CAMA nos últimos anos. A equipe foi profissional, atenciosa e amigável. Achamos que a CAMA foi excepcional.

Minha sogra passou mais de 4 anos como residente na CAMA Woodlands. Recebeu o melhor atendimento de todos os colaboradores, sempre demonstrando respeito, paciência, compaixão e amor durante sua difícil jornada com o mal de Alzheimer. A mãe se beneficiou do programa Butterfly para tratamento da demência, com foco em suas necessidades individuais. Que sucesso este programa tem sido, e a equipe deve ser admirada por tudo que contribuiu. Eu me sinto abençoada por mamãe ter a "família" CAMA cuidando dela durante seus últimos anos conosco.

Minha tia foi para Cama Woodlands porque nos mudamos para Waterdown. O atendimento foi adequado porém foram muito negligentes e ela faleceu por negligência. Minha tia caiu e bateu com a cabeça e a têmpora. Eles não me ligaram (pessoa de contato da família) até muito mais tarde e, embora ela tivesse vomitado, disseram que ela estava bem. Agora eles sabiam que ela estava tomando anticoagulantes e deveria ter sido levada ao hospital para fazer uma varredura cerebral para verificar se havia sangramento cerebral. Eles não. Minha mãe (irmã dela) estava no Hospital Joseph Brant e quando me ligaram, eu estava lá e iria vê-la mais tarde. Voltei para casa para soltar os cachorros antes de ir ver minha tia. Recebi um telefonema de uma das enfermeiras dizendo que minha tia não queria jantar e só queria ir para a cama. Ela a deitou e ela NÃO RESPONDEU. Em vez de chamar a ambulância imediatamente, eles me ligaram para perguntar se era normal ela não atendê-los (agora ela estava lá há quase 2 anos). Eu disse NÃO e para eles chamarem a turbulência imediatamente. Disseram-me que ela não poderia, a menos que o médico lhes desse ordens. Dei a eles exatamente 1 minuto para me ligar de volta e dizer que haviam ligado e em 30 segundos. ela ligou de volta dizendo que a ambulância estava a caminho. Meu filho apareceu e em pouco tempo, quando eu estava saindo de casa, o médico do pronto-socorro de Joseph Brant ligou dizendo que se eu quisesse vê-la viva me colocaria lá, porque ela tinha hemorragias cerebrais severas e não havia nada que pudesse ser feito. Então minha tia FOI PASSADA PELA NEGLIGÊNCIA DE CAMA WOODLANDS. Eles não se responsabilizaram por suas ações ou a falta de ... Muito triste minha mãe perdeu sua irmã mais nova e eu perdi uma boa amiga e meu filho perdeu sua madrinha DEVIDO À NEGLIGÊNCIA dos funcionários da Floresta de Cama. Cuidado com o que está acontecendo. Em muitas ocasiões, observei vários residentes com hematomas graves. Apenas dizendo! Chamei o governo sobre isso e NADA foi feito, nem mesmo uma investigação!

Minha mãe passou o último ano e meio na CAMA. Minha família e eu achamos a equipe atenciosa, compassiva e respeitosa. A instalação era sempre limpa e bem mantida. Sempre achei que minha mãe estava em boas mãos e que eu estava sempre informado. Eu era um visitante regular aqui e observei como, não apenas minha mãe, mas outros residentes eram tratados com amor por funcionários de apoio pessoal e outros funcionários. Eu recomendo CAMA Woodlands.
