Bem, NÃO seja mulher e se candidate a um emprego lá. Candidatei-me a um trabalho de entrega no dia 20/05, o primeiro dia em que o trabalho saiu no jornal, e foi informada que tinha sido preenchido, por uma Martha Boyd muito ranzinza. Eu ligo para o meu vizinho MASCULINO para que ele ligue, e ela não apenas foi legal com ele, mas ofereceu-lhe uma entrevista imediata, e realmente discuti o salário de 500,00 por semana e regalias.
Liguei de volta e perguntei novamente, e Martha Boyd disse que o emprego estava preenchido. Quando perguntei por que meu vizinho recebeu uma oferta de trabalho e me disseram que o cargo estava preenchido, Martha disse: "Este não é um trabalho para uma mulher" ... REALMENTE ??? Um trabalho de motorista de entrega ???? Nem mesmo um CDL é necessário para isso. Acho que talvez ela pense que nós mulheres não podemos fazer um currículo, não temos experiência, não podemos passar por verificações de antecedentes, ter bons registros de direção ou ter uma aparência organizada, que foram as únicas coisas declaradas no anúncio que foi obrigatório ... Ei Martha ... Por que você se sente assim sobre as mulheres ??? De acordo com suas próprias declarações, você não acha que as mulheres podem lidar com as coisas no grande mundo, mas você tem um negócio. Hmmm. Discriminar muito ?? E nem me fale sobre veterano
