I recently completed my flight training at Ben AIr Flight Academy and I must say, it was an average experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, but the facilities could use some improvement. Overall, I feel confident in my training, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Depois de algumas tentativas, os papéis que transmiti ao BAFA sobre as taxas reduzidas de pouso nem mesmo foram enviados para o aeroporto (não foi culpa do instrutor que foi gentil e atencioso), os voos foram agendados durante a noite para os próximos manhã...
Decidi parar e pedir um reembolso (note aqui que NENHUMA das horas foi usada), e aqui estamos 2 ANOS DEPOIS, eles ainda NÃO RESPONDERAM MESMO para o correio.
A Sra. Lenaerts pega o telefone e diz que o Sr. Bicque disse que ele está no comando e não faz nada enquanto NÃO dá explicações, exceto que eu não sei.
O Sr. Bicque nem mesmo entrou em contato e pegou o telefone uma vez dizendo literalmente Não entendo porque você quer ser reembolsado Não vou reembolsar.
Até mandei um último e-mail explicando que estou acessível e assinaria um documento prometendo não entrar nas redes sociais, eles nunca responderam ...
O caso será encaminhado a um serviço de proteção ao consumidor, mas é triste ver que, apesar da vontade de entender seus problemas de reembolso ou de que condições possam ser aplicadas, as pessoas preferem não responder e se comportar como ladrões.
Mesmo que estejam com problemas financeiros, esse comportamento é absolutamente terrível.

Instrutores; são bons, te ajudem, ensinem bem.
A gestão geral é terrível e a exploração do "cliente".
