Comprei meu primeiro Macbook air em 2017 para meu diploma de graduação. O laptop era brilhante, adorei tudo nele. Mas depois de dois anos, de repente parou de funcionar. Sabendo que é uma máquina e que nem todas as máquinas podem ser perfeitas, comprei outra às cegas, sem saber que esta também deixaria de funcionar no próprio primeiro ano.
Em todos os produtos Apple, existe uma garantia de 1 ano.
Comprei meu segundo macbook air em 30 de agosto de 2019 (com o comprovante da fatura) e a apple está rejeitando meu pedido de garantia, embora eu tenha 10 dias restantes.

O problema está na placa-mãe e na bateria, a apple está vendendo laptops com defeito e tentando aproveitar ao máximo seus clientes.
Não compre este produto. O Mac book air é o pior laptop,

A Apple Índia parece estar interessada em vender produtos e não há nada além disso. Bem-vindo a um excelente serviço de pós-venda da Apple Índia. Meu adaptador Macbook Pro parou de funcionar e, de acordo com o centro de serviço, levará 2 semanas para consertá-lo, o que também não foi confirmado. Por que diabos eu paguei 1,4 l por um Macbook Pro de 13 "????? A equipe de gerenciamento da Apple Índia está apenas interessada em vender produtos e não tem ideia de como o serviço está funcionando. A Apple EUA precisa dar uma olhada no serviço nível na Índia. Se os preços forem estritamente controlados, qual é o nível de controle do serviço. A Apple Índia só quer fechar os olhos da Apple nos EUA e mostrar as vendas. A Apple nos EUA precisa ter cuidado ao investir na Índia, pois com certeza seu perda. A administração parece estar satisfeita com seus salários e bônus. Tudo de bom!
