Eu disse a ele que sim e eles deveriam me ligar de volta sobre isso, mas sabendo que as companhias de seguros têm preços diferentes, eu sabia que precisava pesquisar e decidi ligar para Amica e depois para Adams Ins. Ele dizia que seria melhor eu ir com meu agente, que economizaria uns $. Ele nunca se preocupou em me dar uma cotação ou fazer perguntas sobre isso. Eu disse a ele que obviamente ele não estava disposto a me ajudar, tudo que eu precisava era um orçamento e ele disse que não era isso, mas continuou dizendo que seria melhor eu ir com o meu agente. Fui agente de seguros por mais de 10 anos e sei que fazia parte do meu trabalho fazer vendas e trazer negócios. Eu sabia e sei que se você, como um agente, conseguir atrair um cliente com 1 apólice, é mais provável que você traga todas as outras apólices mais tarde também. Então, obviamente, ele não estava interessado nisso. Eu disse a ele que ele perdeu meu negócio. Eu poderia ter trazido minhas apólices de negócios pessoais e comerciais para a Adams Insurance, mas está tudo bem e desliguei. Alguém mais apreciará meu negócio.

Eles não estão interessados em nossos negócios com eles e provavelmente estão apenas sentados lá, ganhando horas sem fazer nada. Serviço ruim.
Não entendo como eles dizem que estão no mercado há tanto tempo e se representam dessa forma.
