Os jogos eram bons, mas Aeria não fez um bom trabalho com eles. O serviço é terrível. Às vezes, leva mais de 3 dias para receber uma resposta deles e sua resposta é gerada por computador. Na minha opinião, o staff é preguiçoso e nem consegue encontrar tempo para ajudar os clientes e jogadores. Quando recebo uma resposta gerada por computador para um problema técnico, problema de cobrança ou qualquer coisa desse tipo, isso mostra que eles não estão realmente interessados ​​no bem-estar e envolvimento dos jogadores em seus jogos. Se precisar de ajuda, quero falar com uma pessoa real que tenha respostas e possa correlacionar uma conversa informativa e útil.
Também parece que o recurso de denúncia de abuso [de todas as coisas] pode ser abusado. Em vez de usar o julgamento adequado e banir hackers reais que podem ser detectados ou vistos em evidências de vídeo, a Equipe Aeria parece banir qualquer um que tenha sido denunciado o suficiente por outros jogadores. Demora muito para conseguir uma pessoa real, e o sistema de cobrança no local fica confuso até o ponto em que, se você escolher o cartão errado, porque eles não têm um cartão de $ 25, você não pode obter seus 500 pontos extras. Jogo eu dou 4 de 5 é bom, eu gosto de jogar há anos, mas o tempo que leva para os GMs responderem a uma multa é INSANO, 2 semanas para um assédio e mais se você tiver problemas de faturamento ou outros problemas de dinheiro com ele WTF!
