Algumas semanas atrás, ao entrar em meu carro após almoçar, encontrei um envelope laranja em meu carro indicando que recebi uma multa de estacionamento. Coloquei no visor e esqueci até ontem. Decidi entrar online e pagar a passagem, mas quando abri o envelope não havia nenhuma passagem dentro. Ainda entrei online e digitei o número da minha etiqueta, mas nada apareceu. Liguei para o departamento de estacionamento do centro de Atenas e falei com uma mulher chamada Pam (acho que era o nome dela). Devo dizer que esse deve ser o pior serviço de atendimento ao cliente que alguém já prestou. Como eu, ela não conseguiu encontrar uma citação de estacionamento usando o número da minha etiqueta. Perguntei a ela como deveria pagar no futuro ou quais eram minhas opções. Essa mulher começou a me dizer que não havia absolutamente nada que eu pudesse fazer, que iria para o tribunal, depois cobraria e ficaria no meu relatório de crédito para sempre. Isso é um absurdo !! Ela era tão RUDE e INFELIZ! Liguei então para o número principal do Athens Downtown Development, eles me disseram que não conseguiram encontrar nada no meu veículo e para não se preocupar com nada. Eu disse à mulher como Pam foi rude e as coisas que ela me disse, para as quais ela não tinha resposta nem comentários. Quer dizer, um pouco de gentileza vai longe e se é assim que eles desempenham seu trabalho, eles deveriam realmente contratar novas pessoas! ABSURDO! A gerência precisa examinar o desempenho no trabalho e as habilidades de atendimento ao cliente dessa mulher.
