I had a decent experience with Carpe Diem Travel. The tour was well-executed, and the guides were informative. However, I felt that some aspects of the trip could have been improved. The customer service was average, and there were a few issues with the accommodations. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would choose Carpe Diem Travel again in the future.
