Minha tia ficou aqui, o atendimento foi muito abaixo do normal, principalmente devido à hostilidade, falta de experiência e falta de empatia. Enquanto isso era um ponto de atenção, a comida não era vigiada, a comunicação era muito difícil, em caso de crítica um funcionário ficava muito infeliz, o foco era apenas aprender a andar novamente, enquanto havia mais problemas que precisavam ser trabalhados. Ouvimos de vários clientes que eles estavam com medo e mesmo de pessoas que estiveram lá só chegaram histórias negativas. Além disso, se você pode ficar 16 semanas, acho que não é mais desse tempo que você não tem seu próprio quarto, só tem uma sala grande / sala de estar, você não tem seu próprio banheiro, bloco de cozinha, etc. Especialmente se você já esteve em um local de reabilitação diferente, onde os quartos estavam bem equipados, isso não é possível.
