Escritório corporativo, mas NÃO ajuda os clientes associados às academias da YMCA. Eles devem prestar um serviço adequado aos clientes, mas nem se preocupam em avaliar a reclamação. Apresentou 3 reclamações com este local e 1 foi resolvida. Disseram que uma diretora associada ao meu YMCA local, chamada Sue, trataria do problema e ela apenas disse que estava resolvido, quando na realidade nada foi resolvido. Em nenhum momento fui contactado para apresentar uma análise mais aprofundada da situação. Não estou mais me associando ao YMCA, vou cancelar minha associação. Não vai fazer parte de uma organização que não vai levar seus clientes a sério, nem ter iniciativa para resolver os eventuais problemas ou reclamações arquivadas. Muito pouco profissional.

Minha avaliação de qualidade é irrelevante. Só estou aqui para dizer que esta ymca não é uma academia. Ele apareceu quando coloquei o ginásio no mecanismo de busca, então liguei e perguntei. Eles não são uma academia.
