I had a mixed experience with WiTech. While their customer service was fantastic, the quality of their work was subpar. The technician who came to fix my computer was friendly and knowledgeable, but he couldn't completely solve the problem. I had to call them again, and it took longer than expected to get everything fixed.

Vou te dizer uma coisa, trabalho fantástico! Toda a experiência foi mais do que eu esperava. Percebi que removeram alguns debri que estavam ali do lado. Quando perguntei quanto custaria a mais, o cavalheiro disse que sempre saímos de onde quer que estivéssemos, em melhor forma do que quando chegamos lá. Sem custo. NÃO É ESSE SUMTHIN!?!?!?!

Encomendei 10 metros cúbicos de solo pulverizado há algumas semanas para preencher alguns pontos baixos em meu quintal e preparar meu novo quintal para meu filho. O serviço, o preço e o tempo de resposta foram fantásticos. Fiz compras e descobri que Witech tinha um preço muito justo, fiz o pedido (creio) em uma terça-feira e ele foi entregue na minha garagem na quinta, e fui mantido muito atualizado com os telefonemas da pessoa que entregou. Com tudo isso dito, disseram-me que o solo pulverizado passa por um filtro de tela e que quaisquer detritos ou pedras grandes seriam removidos. Isso era verdade.

Meu problema é todo o vidro que encontramos no solo. Minha família já escolheu cerca de 20-30 pedaços de vidro quebrado com pelo menos meia polegada de largura, a maioria delas perto de uma polegada. Isso é ridículo e um enorme risco de segurança para mim, minha família e especialmente meu filho de 1 ano que começa a vagar pelo quintal. Quando liguei para perguntar sobre o copo, não recebi nenhum pedido de desculpas ou explicação, apenas repetidas vezes "isso é estranho, não deveria haver nenhum copo".

Não encomende solo superficial para o seu gramado à Witech.
