O atendimento ao cliente terrível e lento, juntamente com práticas predatórias, torna o banco ruim.
Além do fato de minha esposa não poder mudar o nome desde que nos casamos (quase três anos atrás), também descobrimos recentemente que a conta foi "atualizada" para um programa que tem uma taxa mensal. Nunca consentimos com esta atualização, nem recebemos qualquer comunicação sobre ela. O banco recusou-se a reembolsar o valor total que eles tiraram de nós depois de não obter a aprovação de minha esposa para cobrar dela.
Ficar longe. Qualquer banco que aceitaria seu dinheiro sem obter sua permissão primeiro é um banco ruim para se trabalhar; pequeno e local, ou enorme e global.
