A maneira como tratam seus clientes é algo que não deveria acontecer. Os clientes são deixados em almofadas molhadas ou sujas por longos períodos de tempo. Aqueles que estão acamados não são virados regularmente para prevenir úlceras de pressão e os cateteres "esquecem" de serem trocados. Os clientes que usam a enfermaria raramente recebem ajuda ou são solicitados a usar o banheiro. Fui a alguns clientes que estavam sentados em uma almofada molhada, roupas íntimas e calças. Isso me fez sentir mal. A dignidade do cliente se perde no momento em que são colocados nesta casa. Os clientes que podem se lavar, se vestir e ir ao banheiro sozinhos estão ok, mas considerando que esta casa de repouso abriga principalmente clientes com deficiências graves e alguns com demência, não acho que esta casa esteja de acordo com os padrões de qualidade de atendimento. Se você se preocupa com seu ente querido, não o mande para esta casa.
A equipe aqui cuida brilhantemente de minha avó de 98 anos. Sempre bolos caseiros e chá na mesa da vovó e oferecidos para nós também quando a família visita. A vovó faz o cabelo, as unhas pintadas. Ela faz aquarela. Acho que eles fazem um ótimo trabalho.
