Eu era um residente nesta instalação depois de ser atropelado por um veículo em 13 de maio que me deixou com uma tíbia e fíbula quebradas na minha perna direita. Após minha operação, fui transferido para Waters Edge. Não haviam feito fisioterapia. A maioria dos funcionários, desde o diretor até a cozinha, realmente se preocupou comigo e com minhas necessidades. Bravo Water's Edge!

Minha avó já está lá (no segundo andar) por cerca de duas semanas, depois de mudar de outro centro de reabilitação. Esta instalação é incrível e extremamente limpa! Cada membro da equipe, incluindo auxiliares, assistentes, intérpretes, enfermeiras e médicos, são muito dedicados e verdadeiramente atenciosos.

Maria ajuda a cuidar da minha avó todas as manhãs. Rubal é incrível - você pode dizer que ela é trabalhadora, genuína e realmente se preocupa com cada um de seus pacientes. Os intérpretes, Sonal & Alka, estão comprometidos com os pacientes do segundo andar e têm sido cruciais na cura e no bem-estar geral de minha avó. A fisioterapeuta da minha avó hoje era Stephanie e ela era tão diligente! Finalmente consegui ver minha avó caminhar hoje, depois de várias semanas.

A instalação fica em um bairro de baixa renda, mas não deixe que isso te desencoraje. Como uma mulher sozinha, me senti segura estacionando meu carro no estacionamento deles. Equipe da recepção muito agradável e útil. A propriedade e as instalações são bem conservadas. Limpo e não cheira mal ou como remédio. Foi agradável. Minha mãe até o último dia na terra foi muito bem cuidada lá. As enfermeiras e a equipe foram muito boas com ela. Ela não sentia nenhuma dor, a amava e a mantinha confortável e limpa. Mais do que eu poderia ter pedido. Fiquei muito feliz com os arredores e recomendaria um para esta instalação.

Minha mãe está lá nas últimas duas semanas. A equipe e as enfermeiras foram além de seu dever. Meu respeito pelos profissionais de saúde e pela equipe cresceu imensamente depois de ver sua paixão, dedicação e serviço. Então, eu agradeço seu serviço.
