Eu tive os piores momentos com esta empresa. O que deveria ter levado duas semanas levou 6 meses e eu nem fui aprovado no final. Aqui estão as coisas que aconteceram:
-eles ligaram para o número de telefone errado repetidamente por mais de um mês, depois foram rudes comigo e com meu orientador quando descobriram
- ainda demorou cerca de 2 semanas depois disso para marcar uma consulta comigo, mesmo que eu tenha ligado várias vezes.
- pediram ao meu marido que fizesse uma requisição médica, mesmo depois de aprovado.
- eles alegaram ter enviado os formulários de requisição ao meu médico, mas eles não estavam em nenhum lugar em meus registros de documentos e tiveram que ser solicitados novamente algumas vezes antes de obtermos uma cópia.
- eles perseguiram meu consultório médico por formulários, mesmo depois que o consultório os enviou. Me fazendo pensar que eles os perderam. Por assédio, quero dizer ligar mais de 3 vezes por dia, mesmo depois que a recepcionista disse a eles repetidamente que os enviaram. Eles até ligaram enquanto estávamos lá para um agendamento separado. No entanto, eles não registraram todas essas chamadas em seus registros. Eles disseram que parte do motivo pelo qual não fui aprovado é porque meu médico não conseguiu expandir uma situação que aconteceu há dez anos. Como ele é meu médico há apenas 3 anos e essa situação não afeta mais a minha vida, acho que é um motivo inválido para negar o seguro a alguém. Embora eu não quisesse isso desses caras de qualquer maneira neste momento.
