Eu tinha $ 80 roubado de mim aqui no fim de semana, ao pedir para registrar uma reclamação formal para registrar o incidente, fui ameaçado pelo supervisor Sunny de ser expulso. Nenhuma reclamação jamais registrada, nenhuma atualização fornecida, embora toda a gerência tenha sido informada. Eu sei que os tempos são difíceis, mas se você quiser uma alta administração e cuidadores confiáveis, eu sugiro fortemente contra SEMPRE colocar sua família em uma instalação desse tipo com seus padrões mantidos. Vindo de um EMT registrado nacionalmente e CNA registrado no estado de WA, tenha cuidado com esta instalação. Tudo isso ocorreu em 06/2018. Obrigada pela leitura, o que vi foi tão intenso que tive que entrar com uma denúncia no estado só para ter certeza de que houve algum tipo de acompanhamento com todos os moradores após a saída, todos merecem ser tratados como seres humanos! Talvez um ano atrás, quando aquelas outras avaliações foram feitas, as coisas estavam melhores em 2018, esta é a minha atualização pelo que vi

Eles são rudes com os funcionários e gritam com eles na frente de clientes que chegam e residentes que moram lá.

Eu acho esse lugar fantástico! As pessoas aqui cuidam do meu pai e fazem um ótimo trabalho garantindo que ele receba os cuidados que merece. Posso dizer que gostam do que fazem e ficam felizes em ajudar nossos entes queridos.
