Fiquei até o fechamento do caixão da minha mãe e não cobriram seu rosto ECT antes de fechar o caixão. Fechou o caixão com força. Pedi a fita que comprei para a rosa que queria, deixada no caixão com minha mãe. Disseram-me não muito rudemente pelo cara que fechou o caixão. Pedi para ficar para baixar o caixão da minha mãe e novamente o mesmo homem disse que não, não fazemos isso. Comprei mais de $ 300,00 em flores para minha mãe e as flores para um memorial para seu túmulo não foram deixadas no local do túmulo. Ainda tenho pesadelos por não conseguir ficar com minha mãe enquanto ela foi abaixada. E nunca conseguindo ver suas lindas rosas vermelhas, suas favoritas deixadas em seu túmulo, cumprindo uma promessa feita a mamãe por mim. Eu nunca fui tratado tão rudemente por qualquer pessoa no funeral. Eu nunca recomendaria este lugar a ninguém.
