Tive uma ótima experiência ao comprar um Aqua Lily Pad de presente para minha mãe. O envio foi atrasado devido ao COVID, mas eu fui mantido informado e, uma vez que o bloco foi despachado, o recebemos em menos de 48 horas. Quando nosso bloco veio, ele tinha um pequeno rasgo, então entrei em contato com a ALP e eles resolveram o problema rapidamente. Tive uma resposta quase imediatamente e tive a opção de enviar o pad de volta (sem nenhum custo para mim) e substituir o pad por um novo ou obter um kit de reparo gratuito e alto-falante sem fio pelo inconveniente. Eu recomendaria altamente ALP por seus produtos incríveis e excelente atendimento ao cliente.

Comprado em 5 de junho ainda não chegou. O que é mais decepcionante é que o site não mencionou problemas com tempos de envio, pedidos pendentes etc., quando ligou para a empresa, mencionou que o processamento / envio era lento devido à Covid. O que é compreensível. No entanto, este é o caso, atualize seu site com informações corretas para que as expectativas de seu cliente sejam corretas. As empresas concorrentes tinham produtos em estoque e poderiam ter chegado em dias. As informações fornecidas por sua empresa agora indicam que foi enviado em 06/06 e deve chegar em 06/06/20. Esta postagem é 6,24 e ainda não chegou, e sua empresa não respondeu o motivo. Neste dia de rastreamento de informações devemos saber onde está o produto e a data de entrega.
Espero que o produto esteja bom quando chegar, pois infelizmente será a última compra direta desta empresa. Eu recomendo usar a Amazon ou direto através da Costco se comprar.
