Fui convidado por Lourdes para uma entrevista para o cargo de Escriturário Payroll / AP. Quando cheguei lá, fui entrevistado por apenas cerca de 3 minutos. e foi dito pela Lourdes que eles exigem 2 anos de experiência na AP então ela nem sabe porque me ligou. Meu currículo afirma claramente que tenho 6 mos. Experiência como Especialista em Folha de Pagamento / Auxiliar de Contabilidade. Tentei explicar que tenho conhecimentos gerais de AP e tenho vontade de aprender, mas a Lourdes sempre me cortava quando eu falava. Ela disse que eles não têm tempo para treinar e que vou apenas falhar. Fiquei realmente ofendido com o quão pouco profissional ela é. Ela me convidou para uma entrevista sem nem olhar meu currículo? Uma perda total de meu tempo e dinheiro da gasolina, sem falar que ela me pediu para preencher 3 formulários e responder a um exame de 145 perguntas apenas uma hora antes da minha entrevista marcada, quando eu estava prestes a sair de casa e dirigir para seu escritório.
Na verdade, esta é a pior experiência de aplicação que já tive!
