Muito pouco confiável. No show 3 vezes, ligue para dizer que estarei lá em quatro dias. PEÇA uma ligação um dia antes da visita, NÃO ligue, quando eles ligarem, eles querem me encaixar no mesmo dia da ligação. Quando eles vieram, apenas pegaram BP e temperatura e disseram que tudo parecia bem. 6 horas depois internado no hospital com infecção grave. Todos os sintomas estavam presentes em sua visita. Fiz uma grande cirurgia devido ao câncer. O serviço que eles prestavam era inútil.

Durante o tempo que meu marido passou em cuidados paliativos domiciliares, a enfermeira foi maravilhosa. Ela demonstrou tanta preocupação e carinho por ele durante os 3 meses que nos visitou. Após o expediente, as ligações foram prontamente retornadas e cada pessoa com quem tivemos contato foi nada além de útil e atenciosa. Eu recomendaria este grupo a qualquer pessoa.

Eles nunca chegam na hora, nunca ligam se vão se atrasar ou não podem chegar em um determinado dia que já agendaram. É muito frustrante!
