Para quem não sabe, o nome fiscal da Telefunken na Espanha. Meu pai comprou uma televisão há menos de dois anos em uma loja Milar. Pois bem, ele resolve pedir o serviço de garantia porque o aparelho às vezes não liga, às vezes não se ouve o volume, às vezes não responde ao comando .... Eles levam a televisão para consertar e demoram mais de duas semanas para traga-o e, quando o devolvem, é pior do que quando o levaram. Agora parece ruim, a imagem montada, descolorida ... Ligamos para reclamar e sua solução é retirar o produto novamente, com certeza mais um mínimo de duas semanas, e consertá-lo. Que tipo de serviço técnico não liga a TV para verificar seu funcionamento antes de devolvê-la ao cliente? Devemos confiar desta vez que, duas semanas depois, devolveremos a televisão como nova? E o que acontece se piorar? Deve o usuário, neste caso, ficar sem um dispositivo por um mês que pagou a um preço que não é exatamente baixo pela incompetência de um fabricante primeiro e um serviço técnico depois? Enfim, basta avisar para que ao valorizar essa marca conheça uma de suas deficiências, o pós-venda.
