Se eles apresentarem um instrutor, quase sempre você saberá com antecedência graças a um e-mail do diretor de fitness do grupo. O ambiente é amigável e você será conhecido pelo seu nome. Admito que não uso muito as máquinas e não posso pagar o treinamento pessoal (que é caro em quase todas as academias, eu acho), mas tenho visto outros membros que parecem felizes com ambos . As críticas que tenho são menores. Este é um lugar pequeno - apenas 2 cabines de banheiro no vestiário feminino. Mas eu não me senti estressado devido à aglomeração, exceto raramente no sábado, quando a classe em grupo fica lotada (a sala não é muito grande). O preço é decente e a equipe é respeitosa. Estou muito grato por ter este ginásio no bairro da minha área de Falls Church.
